Glastonlee on 4th
Glastonlee — a music festival in memory of Sandbach man Lee Belsham — takes place at Sandbach Rugby Union Football Club on Saturday from 2pm.
Bands include The Seegulls, as featured on Radio One, and the money raised will go to St Luke’s (Cheshire) Hospice.
The event also includes a live acoustic stage, DJ sets until late and something for everyone on the main stage. Children’s attractions including face painting, a bouncy castle, and appearances from Trolls Poppy and Branch and Disney Princess Belle.
Organiser Jennifer Barnett said: “We lost my step-dad last year to cancer and want to raise as much as we can by providing a great day for all the family as a community.”
Admission is £10 (under-12s free). To book, visit designmynight.com, select Manchester and then search for “Glastonlee”.
