Mr G Evans

The funeral service took place on 10th January of Mr Graham Evans, of Biddulph, and formerly of Chell, who died at Lawton Rise Care Home on 12th December, aged 83.
The Rev Lindsay Clowes officiated at the service at St Lawrence’s Church, Biddulph, where When I Fall in Love by Doris Day played on entering the church. 
Mr Carl Pointon was organist for the hymn All Things Bright And Beautiful.
Mr Samuel Evans read a personal composition in remembrance of his granddad and for a time for reflection, and Secret Love by Doris Day played during the service. We’ll Meet Again by Vera Lynn accompanied the cortege as it left the church.
Interment followed at Biddulph Town Cemetery.
