Mr J Astbury

The funeral took place on 17th January of Mr Jack Astbury, of Knypersley, who died at home surrounded by his family on 22nd December, aged 90.
Mr Stuart Hickerman conducted the service at Carmountside Crematorium, where the hymns All Things Bright and Beautiful and O Love That Wilt Not Let Me Go were sung. The entrance music was Time To Say Goodbye by James Last and Dave Allen Theme Tune was played on exit.
Mourners from the house were: Mrs J Astbury (widow), Mrs G Beech (daughter), Mr and Mrs I and U Astbury (son and daughter-in-law).
Grandchildren: Ms S Beech and Mr C Laukowski (rep Mr M Whitehurst-Beech, great-grandson), Miss V Beech, Miss C Astbury and Mr C Astbury.
Miss E Whitehurst-Beech (great-granddaughter).
