Mrs D Proudman
The funeral took place on 12th September of Mrs Dorothy Proudman, of Congleton and formerly of Talke Pits, who died on 30th July, aged 86, at Clayton Manor Care Home, Congleton.
The Rev Philip Atkinson conducted the service and interment at St Mary’s Church, Astbury, where the organist was Dr Sally Drage for the hymns All Things Bright And Beautiful and Now Thank We All Our God. During the service, Mrs Proudman’s grandchildren read special memories of their nana.
The reflection music was Angel by Sarah McLachlan and recessional music was by Sugar Baby Love by The Rubettes.
