Mrs GM Unwin

The funeral took place on 31st December of Mrs Glenys Mary Unwin, of Knypersley, who died at Springbank Nursing Home, Knypersley on 15th December, aged 89.
Caroline Young conducted the service at Carmountside Crematorium, where the hymn The Day Thou Gavest was sung. Entrance music was Piano Concerto No 2 in F Major by Dmitri Shostakovich and The Lord’s Prayer by Susan Boyle was played on exit.
Mourners from the house were: Mr A Unwin (widower), Mr M and Mrs R Tatton (daughter and son-in-law), Mr P and Mrs C Unwin and Mr T and Mrs S Unwin (sons and daughters-in-law).
Grandchildren: Mr J and Mrs E Tatton, Mr P Tatton and Mrs H Collins, Mr A Tatton, Mr M and Mrs T Tatton, Mr J Tatton and Miss S Bennett and Miss C Unwin (rep Mr T and Mrs M Ellerton Unwin).
Mourners whom met at the crematorium included: Mrs J Williams (rep Mr R Williams), Mrs A Durambey (rep Mrs P Hancock), Mrs J De-Clara, Mrs S Watts, Mrs J Beech, Mr and Mrs R Shaw (rep Mr and Mrs D Shaw).
