Mrs M Warburton
The funeral took place on Friday, 24th January, of Mrs Margaret Warburton, aged 76, of Bodmin, and formerly of Congleton, who died at Castle Hill Care Home on 29th December.
Margaret was born in Congleton and married Keith, who predeceased her, before going on to have two sons, Daren and Paul. She worked as a seamstress at Taylor and Hartley before becoming landlady of the Three Arrows Pub on Mill Street, with her husband.
Mrs Warburton enjoyed playing darts for Cheshire ladies and crib and dominoes for the Congleton League. She loved the sun and one of her favourite places to visit was St Ives in Cornwall. She also liked a good book and crosswords.
