Adopt principles of Greenpeace

Dear Sir, — I would suggest that the Extinction Rebellion group appreciates the efforts that the UK is indeed making to reduce its carbon footprint and, instead of spoiling life for the people of this country, removes itself to China, India, or the USA where the real problems lie.
Any efforts that we make are as but a drop in the ocean compared to the rest of the world and if Extinction Rebellion really wants to make a difference, it should adopt the principles of Greenpeace and its actions against whaling and go to the source of the problem not faff around the edges of people who are actually trying to do something. — Yours faithfully,

CHRIS TURNER
Congleton.
