Crowdsourcing the bus service

Dear Sir, — May I ask your readers if anyone knows if there is a bus to Macclesfield Hospital from Congleton, as I do not drive.
I have to spend lots of time there so can’t ask friends to wait, sometimes up to four hours, and is there a bus back home? – Yours faithfully,
ROBERT WILLIAMS
An appeal on social media reports that if you get the No 38 to Macclesfield bus station, you can get the 130 Manchester bus, which goes straight into the hospital grounds. The 88 bus also runs from the bus station to the hospital, but check the connecting times with the 38, because the 130 is hourly and the 88 even less frequent.
The 38 stops at the Flower Pot pub – the walk to the hospital is about 20 minutes from there.
