MPs have problem with their motions
Dear Sir, — Our members of Parliament, which is more than obvious to my fellow countrymen, are having a problem with their motions; they’ve tried their best.
They have considered one motion, thought about another motion. They went and failed, what a surprise, on passing another motion. Poor things!
I’m not a doctor but I’d suggest to them that they invest in a job lot of laxatives. That, of course, should have the desired effect. Simples! — Yours faithfully,
