Dear Sir, — Veganism seems to be topical at the moment — although it is unnatural and most vegan meals taste awful — the exception is baked beans on toast, but they only taste good because they are full of salt and sugar.
It is stated that veganism has increased by 340% in 10 years — 10 years ago there was one vegan per 100 people, now there are 3.4 — but they make more noise than the other 96.6 put together.
Milk is the ultimate complete (except for iron) convenience food with no additives and a 6,000 year history.
It is full of available calcium, which growing children in particular need, as well as protein, fat and sugar in a form that does not corrode teeth, unlike fruit juice.
