Passing the buck about potholes
Dear Sir, — Oh boy, don’t you just love the attitude of our Cheshire East Council. To quote: “We would encourage members of the public to report any issues or defects directly to us.”
How patronising, Don’t employees of Cheshire East Council have cars? Do they not drive on the same roads as us?
Surely employees could note, and report first hand any potholes on their respective travels.
I was on a bus this week from Macclesfield back to Congleton. I imagine the busses still have leaf spring suspension as opposed to air bag suspension judging by the jarring, loud noises, crashing and banging and rough riding.
