The 38 bus route should be adapted
Dear Sir, — I found the letter in last week’s Chronicle from “Bus Pass Holder” a little perplexing.
If the correspondent is a bus pass holder, then one presumes that they use the bus from time to time, as suggested by their nom de plume.
If so, they must notice how much easier it is to travel by bus than to take the car. The car will pollute the atmosphere, congest the streets, present a danger to other road users when driven in the usual manner observed in our towns and country lanes. It will also add time to their journey because they will have to find somewhere to park.
