Therein lies the roots of our woes
Dear Sir, — Thanks to live television we no longer have to rely on reports in newspapers, which can be biased; we can witness for ourselves what a mindless howling mob Parliament has become.
A mob because it allows itself to be led by those who stand to gain from the mayhem they create, mindless because they forget their own transgressions as they are manipulated into bullying the chosen target.
Many of those members who demand that the prime minister must resign should search their own consciences. What of those who have left the political party they were elected to represent, should they resign and seek re-election?
