Time for motorists to revise behaviour
Dear Sir, — I would like to reply to the letter in last week’s Chronicle from Phil Malkin, citing his observations of the behaviour of people who use our highways.
His observations focus on cyclists as being the only road users who behave poorly. I have to agree that there are people who behave badly when on two wheels, but I wonder why Mr Malkin fails to mention the poor behaviour of motorists on our roads.
He provides a list of bad things that cyclists do, but fails to balance this with a list of bad things that motorists do.
