Why not go all the way around town?
Dear Sir, — I find it very odd that Cheshire East Council can afford to “invest” £22.3m in a piece of land in Crewe yet can’t afford to mend the roads and footpaths in a proper fashion. Many grids are blocked and need cleaning out.
Why on earth are we having a link road and not a ring road? Why go round one side of the town and not all the way around? Is it because there are two golf clubs in the way of a proper ring road? After all, the council bosses need somewhere to relax.
