‘Avalanche’ of development triggers fury
A developer in Alsager has applied for a variation of condition to “meet local demand”, as residents criticised the “avalanche” of development in the town.
Cheshire East Council’s Strategic Planning Board approved full outline planning permission for 128 homes at land south of Hall Drive, Alsager, despite objections from councillors and residents. They included fear of flooding.
