Kennels fears it could lose licence if homes are built

A decision on plans to increase the number of homes in a development proposed in Rode Heath’s greenbelt has been deferred, while a neighbouring business raised concern about the possibility of losing its licence. 
Agent Emery Planning Partnership has applied to Cheshire East Council to demolish the existing commercial buildings and construct 14 dwellings with access, car parking and other associated works at Cherry Lane Farm, Rode Heath.
