‘Neglected’ park will receive new play equipment
Campaigners are “delighted” that an Alsager park, which has been “neglected” over the years, is having new play equipment.
A four-piece trim trial with rope bridge, a roundabout, and a balance beam are being installed at Wayside Linley Park, where a new rubber safety surface will also be laid.
Two years ago a piece of equipment had to be removed from the park as it failed to meet health and safety requirements.
