Police chief will be asked about PCSO relocation
Cheshire’s police chief will be asked why the decision was made to relocate a popular PCSO from Alsager.
A breakdown in communication between Alsager’s police officers and the younger generation could follow the departure of PCSO Sophie Jebb-Bowman, a councillor has claimed.
Town councillors voiced their disapproval with Cheshire police’s decision to relocate her next month, during a meeting last Tuesday.
PCSO Jebb-Bowman was also present and indicated that the people of Alsager would have to pay to keep her on the town beat.
