Restaurant plan with eight parking spaces approved
Plans for a new restaurant in Alsager have been given the green light even though the number of parking spaces would be below the planning authority’s standards.
Cheshire East Council planning officers, using delegated powers, approved the proposal for change of use from offices to a restaurant, by M and T Poole Group, Westerby Trustee Services, Leicester, on Monday.
The Crewe Road building is a two-storey detached property, the former Edward Hollinshead solicitor’s premises and is included on the local list of historical buildings.
