‘A shambles’: adapted home for disabled boy

A woman from Biddulph has labelled building work a “shambles”, after contractors “mism-anaged” the project to adapt her house to suit her disabled son’s needs.
Naomi Alcock planned to make the house more accessible for her three-year-old son, Isaiah, by adding ramps, a through-floor lift, hoists and a specialist bath, among other provisions.
