Boxer’s birthday in the gym before next comeback fight
Local boxer James Biddulph is hoping to make the “step up” to secure his second victory following a five-year hiatus from the ring.
Twenty-nine-year-old Mr Biddulph, who is from Biddulph and recently moved to Congleton, is hoping plenty of supporters will turn out to cheer him on in his next fight this weekend.
The Chronicle reported in April how he had enjoyed “an easy night’s work” in his first fight in half a decade, beating Youssef Al Hamidi on points in an exciting super lightweight four-round rumble at King’s Hall in Stoke-on-Trent.
