Church ‘shocked’ by blasphemous graffiti
A Biddulph church has condemned a blasphemous slogan that was spray-painted on a town centre pavement.
According to local retailers, police have asked for coloured hairspray to be taken off sale after it was apparently used to write “God stinks” at the bottom end of Kingsfield Road last Tuesday evening.
Sue Millard, a senior steward at Biddulph Methodist Church, said that she was “shocked” by the graffiti’s message.
