Councillor says sorry after ‘red mist’ bus row

Biddulph town councillors have insisted that they are abiding by the Members’ Code of Conduct, despite a recent row in which one councillor was branded “disgraceful”. 
The code of conduct states that council members must not misconduct themselves in a manner that is “likely to bring the authority into disrepute”, and that councillors should “respect others and not bully any person”.
