Councillors ‘haven’t a clue’ comment was ‘really rude’

Biddulph’s neighb-ourhood plan will soon begin its latest public consultation, after committee members were told that saying some councillors “haven’t a clue” about the project was “really rude”.
The plan, which aims to give residents and councillors more power over how the town is shaped, was submitted to Staffordshire Moorlands District Council for screening earlier this year, and recently received initial feedback that no concerns had been identified.
