Further improvements are needed at residential home
A residential home has been told it still requires improvement after a health watchdog inspection — although no specific safety concerns were found, and two areas of performance had improved to good.
The Care Quality Commission visited Mill Hayes Residential Home in Knypersley after “a specific incident”, following which a person using the service could have experienced “significant harm”.
The report said the incident was subject to further investigation by other parties so the inspection did not examine the circumstances.
