Mystery buyer aiming to give pub new lease of life
An iconic Biddulph landmark that has stood derelict for a year could be given a new lease of life.
The historic Biddulph Arms pub on Congleton Road has been boarded up for the last 12 months after its previous owners closed the premises due to running costs and put it back up for sale.
But the Victorian building has now been bought by an anonymous local businessman who wants to secure its future.
