Schoolgirl sings to ease cystic fibrosis
A young Biddulph singer is using her talent to help her in her battle against cystic fibrosis.
While most 10-year-old girls might spend their time listening to Little Mix or Ariana Grande, Lexi-Jean Thwaits is passionate about soul music, and enjoys singing along to the likes of Frank Sinatra, Etta James, Sammy Davis Junior and Aretha Franklin.
While Lexi has always loved singing, she has recently taken her hobby to the next level by recording at a local music studio after friends and family spotted her talent.
Although she suffers from cystic fibrosis, a disease that can cause lung problems such as difficulty in breathing, Lexi hasn’t let her condition hinder her.
