‘Take potholes damage cases to ombudsman’

A county councillor is calling on people whose cars have been damaged by potholes to take their case to the ombudsman, following refusals by the council to pay out. 
Biddulph’s County Coun Ian Lawson said potholes remained one of the county’s “biggest problems” and that he had seen the numbers of getting burst tyres as a result.
