Town centre trouble migrating elsewhere

While a clampdown on anti-social behaviour in Biddulph town centre has been hailed a “real success”, there are fresh concerns that troublemakers could be moving to other areas. 
As reported in the Chronicle earlier this month, Biddulph’s young people’s working group was praised after a 12% reduction of anti-social behaviour in the town centre for the year up to May.
