Bloor moves its HQ to Holmes Chapel
Housebuilder Bloor Homes is reflecting growth in the North West with a move to a new regional head office in Holmes Chapel.
Staff at Bloor Homes North West moved to the new purpose-built head office at Campion Park towards the end of last year.
Rhys Nicholson, regional managing director for Bloor Homes North West, said: “We reached a record number of sales across the region in January and the move to our brand new, purpose-built offices leaves us well placed for our planned continued growth over the coming years.
“Bloor Homes North West is extremely proud of its Cheshire roots and we were keen to remain in the area and support the local economy. Campion Park is just minutes from junction 18 of the M6, a great location for servicing our existing and forthcoming developments across the North West.”
At 20,000sqft, the new two-storey office includes six meeting rooms, a training suite and more than 9,700sqft of open-plan office space. A second high-specification office building at Campion Park is currently being marketed to let.
The housebuilder’s developments sites include Wistaston, Crewe, Congleton and Holmes Chapel.
Mr Nicholson added: “Greater Manchester has the fastest-growing economy in the country, which is reflected in a buoyant housing market. We are extremely optimistic for the future.”
