300 responses over plan to buy Bradshaw House
A public consultation about the possible purchase of Bradshaw House by Congleton Town Council has received over 300 responses — but the council is hoping to receive more from Congleton’s residents.
A tender for Bradshaw House was discussed at Congleton Town Council’s full council meeting on Thursday.
The Press and public were excluded due to sensitive financial information, but Chief Officer David McGifford told the Chronicle that discussion took about place whether the council should purchase Bradshaw House.
Councillors received an update from Mr McGifford “on the potential procurement of Bradshaw House”, according to the meeting’s agenda.
