Bypass driver was on phone
A man has been fined £60 after being found guilty of driving while using a hand-held mobile telephone.
Joshua Jordan Johnson, (25), was on the A34 Clayton Bypass in Congleton at the time of the offence.
Johnson, of 120, Priory Road, Stone, was also ordered to pay £150 costs when he appeared before South and East Cheshire Magistrates’ Court, sitting at Crewe on 10th July.
He denied the offence, which occurred on 16th January.
