Catalogue of concerns at care home exposed
Exposure to hypodermic needles, safety hazards, and intimidation from staff were just some of the issues highlighted in a damning report on a care home in Congleton.

The care home was deemed “inadequate” in three of the five categories inspected by the CQC and “requires improvement” in the other two.
