Cyclist injured in India crash to take legal action

The chair of Congleton Cycling Club and his family are taking legal action after he sustained serious injuries on a cycling trip in India.
Ronald Jervis, known as John, (65), and his wife Jill, (63), went on a trip that was organised by Cycling UK in February and are accusing the organisation of not warning them of the dangers.
