Driving offences  

A 17-year-old from the Harriseahead area has been fined £100 for driving with no insurance and without a licence.
The youth, who cannot be named, was ordered to pay £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a £20 surcharge to fund victim services.
The teenager’s driving licence was endorsed with six points by Staffordshire Youth Court, sitting at Newcastle under Lyme Magistrates Court, on 2nd July.
