Golf club gets approval for alcohol and music licence

A golf club’s application for a licence to sell alcohol and play recorded music has been accepted despite objections from residents about the disruption.
At a meeting on Tuesday, Cheshire East Council’s Licensing Act Sub-committee approved the application from Marton Meadows Golf Club’s to sell alcohol and play music on the premises between 8am and 11pm every day of the week.
