‘No need’ for defibrillator 24 hours a day at council HQ
A defibrillator available 24 hours a day outside Cheshire East Council’s Westfield headquarters in Sandbach “is not necessary”, the authority has said.
Alsager town councillor Sue Helliwell had requested that one of the life-saving devices should be installed there that could be accessible all the time, as was the case in Alsager where three defibrillators are accessible 24-hours a day. A defibrillator is located within the Westfields building.
