Reminder to parents as Norovirus takes its toll
A local deputy head has reminded parents that they need to keep children off school if they have a bout of sickness and diarrhoea.
Richard Jervis, deputy headteacher at Buglawton Primary School in Congleton, said that a “significant” number of children in the area were off school because of the Norovirus virus.
He said that his school had reminded parents of the need to keep children off school for 48 hours after any vomiting or diarrhoea have stopped.
