Speed limit signs put up without permission
The company behind the construction of Congleton Link Road put up speed signs without council permission.
The 10mph signs were installed by Graham on Chelford Road, which normally has a speed limit of 60mph.
Julie Ann Brown, told the Chronicle the signs went up, close to her driveway, on 24th July and left her view when pulling out of the driveway “severely impaired”.
