Alleged burglar to trial at Chester
Michael Ryan Gerrard Doherty, (26), of no fixed abode, has been sent for trial to Chester Crown Court.
Doherty is charged that on 16th July in Sandbach he entered properties on Crewe Road and Bradwall Road as a trespasser with intent to steal.
He is also charged that on the same day he committed a similar offence on St Anne’s Road, Middlewich, and stole an iPad Air Wifi 16GB, a Morrison’s Cook range microwave, Morrison’s Cook range food processor, an iPhone 7, a silver iPhone, a grey coloured iPhone, various items of costume-type jewellery, a silver handbag and contents, a clear glass vase, an uncounted amount of loose change and three empty iPhone cases, worth a total of £4,000.
He is further charged with dangerous driving on Wilmslow Road, Hart Road and Wilbraham Road, Fallowfield, Manchester, driving while disqualified and possession of an axe.
