An ‘appetite’ to see new ranger across the parish
The man who has taken on the new role in Sandbach of carrying out odd jobs highlighted by residents has said he is “ready to fly the nest”.
Neil Pepper, who has been appointed “ranger” by the town council, introduced himself to councillors on the Assets and Services Committee on Tuesday during a meeting at the Literary Institute.
Mr Pepper will be responsible for keeping the town tidy and doing odd jobs around Sandbach. He will also be responsible for setting up the market.
