Bakery plan fails to rise
Plans for an artisan bakery in Sandbach have fallen flat due to a lack of information about “odour impact”.
Josephine Binns lodged an application to convert an existing commercial premises at 12, Welles Street, into a “small artisan bakery serving baked goods and hot and cold drinks to be consumed on the premises”.
In her application to Cheshire East Council Ms Binns said there would be no noise or odour impact, with waste removed by a private contractor.
