Charity match aims to raise cash for PTSD
A “great atmosphere” is expected in Sandbach at a charity rugby game to raise awareness for ex-forces personnel who are living with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Sandbach RUFC will play against members of the Royal Marine Commandos at 3pm on Saturday, 25th August, at the rugby club on Bradwall Road.
Funds raised will go to Rock 2 Recovery (R2R), a charity that helps ex-servicemen who have PTSD.
There will be stalls for food and local artisan businesses, face painting, hook a duck and drinks.
