Drink-driver banned for 20 months
Tomasz Sienkiewicz, (40), of 8, Barn Croft Road, Crewe, has been disqualified from driving for 20 months for drink-driving on Crewe Road, Haslington, on 23rd February.
South and East Cheshire Magistrates’ Court, sitting at Crewe on 13th July, was told he recorded 85mcgms of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgms.
He was also fined £540 and ordered to pay costs of £150 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a surcharge to fund victim services of £54.
He changed his plea to guilty, after entering a previous plea of not guilty.
