Flattening buildings would be a ‘disaster’ say objectors
Ground contamination from a former petrol station was among opponents’ concerns about plans for the demolition of two buildings at the entrance to a residential park in Goostrey.
The application, by Tingdene Parks, which own Mount Pleasant on Main Road, is for “prior notification” of the demolition of 60 and 60a. Some opponents have said it would be a “disaster”.
