Fundraising in bid to save children’s charity
A children’s charity has been told it has to show a commitment within six weeks to secure more than a quarter of a million pounds, or lose its premises.
Ruby’s Fund, which helps children from miles around, will officially launch a new fundraising campaign today (Thursday) and hopes to raise £295,000 to buy the property.
The campaign will include the premiere of a film that demonstrates the work Ruby’s Fund does for the wider community.
