New councillor pledges not to keep ‘gob shut’
One of the new members of Sandbach Town Council has vowed to challenge the town hall on its previous spending habits and wants to introduce new enterprises.
David Jack was automatically selected as Independent member of the town council in the Town Ward after just four candidates put themselves forward for the five seats, meaning they have all become councillors.
Coun Jack has history with the town council. He has been a vocal critic of it over the years and once had a restraining order imposed on him for harassment, which has since come to an end.
