Spate of incidents on M6
Morning commuters faced severe delays of over two hours yesterday (Wednesday) after a number of incidents on the M6 amid ongoing roadworks.
A three-vehicle collision and three broken down HGVs meant traffic was at a standstill on either side of the motorway.
At 8am a three-vehicle collision involving a lorry, a van and a car between junction 18 and 19 northbound caused delays of over two hours. The motorway reopened at 10am.
