Harriers kick off 2020 in style

Congleton Harriers’ runners managed to keep racing right to the end of 2019 and it wasn’t long into 2020 before they were back in action at five different events to welcome the start of the new decade (writes Nick Budd).
On New Year’s Eve six Harriers journeyed to Lyme Park to participate in the Bowstones Fell Race, which is a 6.9 mile/1,066’ ascent slog around the scenic park with compensation coming in the form of the fine views from the top across to Manchester.
